Patrick Lencioni, author of the Five Dysfunctions of a Team: A Leadership Fable, famously noted that “if you could get all the people in an organization rowing in the same direction, you could dominate any industry, in any market, against any competition, at any time.” It is my passion to help leadership teams achieve this type of success and reach their business goals harmoniously and consistently. 

Whether on the swim team at Springfield College, as the executive director of the Seacoast Family YMCA, or as the CEO of a market research startup, I have always been team-oriented. I believe in the importance of community, and with the support of EOS®, I will help your team and business succeed.

I currently live in Rye, NH with my wife, Aileen, and our golden retriever, Brodie. Although they have all moved out, we are lucky to have our five children and their significant others living locally. I enjoy being outdoors, preferably at the beach or in the mountains, gardening, listening to live music, and spending time with my family.
