My Why

I became a business coach after my 10+ year journey operating a start-up company with an outside investment board and over 50 virtual employees spread all over the world. I am open with clients about the challenges I faced, and I share all of my experiences, both good and bad, not just as a cautionary tale, but to demonstrate the importance of focusing on core values and hiring the RIGHT people. Reading the book Traction was a huge AHA moment for me, and it inspired me to go out into my community to teach others who may be struggling like I was.

I help owners and leaders execute a clear vision, while building a disciplined and accountable culture, and fostering a healthy and cohesive leadership team. I help them integrate timeless and practical business tools and principles to identify and solve root problems, align every employee toward the same goals, and measure their progress and performance.
